Your student’s school sets up access at the time of enrollment and you will receive an email with your login information.  If you are a current Whitney ISD family and don’t remember your login, go to the login portal and click Forgot your Login/Password.

No.  All of your students will be visible in one account.  If you don't see all of your students, contact your child's campus for help.

If you are having trouble logging in, first try resetting your password.  Select the "Forgot your Login/Password" link on the Skyward login page.  After doing this, you will receive an email that will allow you to reset your forgotten account details.  If you're still unable to login, contact your student's campus for assistance.

Skyward Family Access has a default security setting that will terminate your connection if your computer is idle for too long.  This feature is designed to protect against unauthorized access and cannot be changed.

Because every school and district is different, there may be times when certain areas of Skyward are not visible or not available to you.  If you don't see something you believe should be accessible to you, contact your student's campus for more information.
