Registration

Prior to the first day of school, students entering grades 3-12 will register online through our existing Ascender Parent Portal using the instructions found below. If you've previously created a Parent Portal account, you are all set to login and complete the registration process for each of your students.

NEW HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS: Once online registration is completed, you must come to the high school to complete registration. You will need to bring the items listed in the Required Documents section below.

Students entering pre-k through 2nd grade will register using paper packets below, and are also available at the elementary school office.

After school begins, the online registration portal will close and registration will be conducted on campus. Please contact your student's campus for more information.

Required Documents

The following items are required at the time of registration:

New Students: current proof of residency w/physical address listed (utility bill, lease agreement, etc), student(s) birth certificate, student(s) social security card, report cart or withdrawal record from previous school (if available), shot records, driver license of parent/guardian registering the student(s).

Returning Students: current proof of residency w/physical address listed (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.), driver license of parent/guardian registering the student(s), and any documents that may be missing from previous years.

From the My Account page, click Enroll a New Student.
Complete New Student Enrollment.

Enter full name.
Verify the CAPTCHA and submit.
Enter address and contact information.
Enter student information.
Upload required documents.
Complete all enrollment Forms.

If necessary, click Save and Continue Later.
Once complete, click Enroll Student to submit to district.
Print or screenshot the confirmation for your records.
Once the district has accepted your student into the system you will be asked to login and complete other registration documents.

FOR NEW STUDENTS ONLY, YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO COMPLETE ONE ADDITIONAL STEP:

Click on UPDATE TO STUDENT INFORMATION.
Complete and Submit all additional forms and documents.

~ADD THE STUDENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT:

Obtain a Parent Portal ID from the student’s campus.
From the My Account page, click Link an Enrolled Student.
Enter the student’s birth date and Parent Portal ID.
Click Add.

Returning Student

Click Start Registration.
Complete all forms and upload the photo ID of the enrolling parent/guardian as well as a current proof of residency (utility bill).
Click Next Form until you have reviewed and updated all forms and uploaded the required documents.
Once finished, click Finish and Submit to District.
Print or screenshot the confirmation for your records

High School Fees Information

Pay high school registration fees online

Students must pay all fees and dues prior to receiving a class schedule.

- Activity/ID Fee - $25 (The activity fee is collected in lieu of holding campus fundraisers. This fee will carry over each year with their class and will be used for prom, graduation, and activity expenses.)
- Parking Permit - $5 (Students must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance to receive a parking permit. Students will be able to choose a parking space after the fee is collected and registration is completed.)
- (Optional) Student Laptop Insurance Plan - $20 (to be paid at registration via Venmo or cash/check)
