Usernames and Passwords You will receive a list of your usernames and passwords at new employee registration. If you did not receive the list or have lost it, contact the Technology Department at 254-694-2254 or email your campus technician.
Email Whitney ISD uses Microsoft Outlook for staff email, as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Your username format is firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not use your school Google account as your primary email address.
Google Workspace Login Whitney ISD is a Google Workspace district. To access your Google apps and services, your username format is email@example.com. Do not use your .org email to sign into Google.
Google Services Using your @whitneyisd.net login gives you access to Classlink, Classroom, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Forms, as well as various other apps and services.
Tech Device Problems If you need help with any of your staff technology, submit a tech request through TroubleTrakker by clicking the K12USA.com icon in your Wildcat Window.
School Internet Personal devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) are not permitted on the district network. All employee requests for Guest access will be denied. If your school owned device is not connecting properly, please submit a tech request.
